1Introduction
Authentiq ("The Platform", "We", "Us") operated by our sovereign entity, is committed to the highest standards of data integrity and user privacy. This policy outlines our forensic data handling protocols for our plagiarism detection, AI humanization, and scholarly intelligence services.
2Data Collection Protocols
We collect PII (Personally Identifiable Information) including full names, cryptographic hashes of passwords, and technical metadata (IP address, Browser fingerprint). We also ingest User-Generated Content (UGC) specifically submitted for analysis.
- MetadataDevice specs, resolution, browser fingerprints for forensic consistency.
- AnalyticSession telemetry to optimize heuristic engine performance.
3AI & LLM Processing Pipeline
Directly submitted text is processed via our proprietary heuristics and third-party LLM providers (Groq Cloud, Google Gemini). We utilize zero-retention API configurations where available to ensure your text is never used to train global underlying models.
6Data Retention Matrix
Analytical reports and processed documents are retained for a 30-day volatility window by default to allow user retrieval. Post-window, documents are cryptographically purged from our primary S3-compatible storage.
Privacy Governance
